1.2 Tweets of Summer Howarth continued

 

I had decided to let things be and went about doing my work as usual. When I saw a comment on my LinkedIn post by Summer Howarth, on 31.8.2020, telling a lie that I had emailed her, I was flabbergasted but decided to let it go. Summer said that she has contacted the ViCPolice.

I decided to let it go and wait for the police to contact me, but then Dr. David Zyngier asked me what I had emailed Summer.

I responded that I did not email her at all and asked him to find out from Summer directly.

He then decided to contact Summer and ask her to forward the emails to him for him to take it up with me.

She had told him that the matter is with the police and that they will deal with it.

Dr. David had suggested to her that she should post it on social media to publicly shame me.

Summer had responded that it is hard core pornography and the police will deal with it.

Dr. David asked me if any of what Summer had told him is true.

I responded that I had not said any such thing and I repeated that I had not sent her an email at all.

Since it has come to this extent I think I should not leave this matter and will do whatever necessary to clear my name.

I will write to the education department if Marten Koomen @tulip_education and Mathew Harrison @EduSum do not apologise for their tweets and comments.

I can’t be bothered with the trolls.

Is this a case of some Australians flocking together to go after an Asian? Is racism raising its ugly head?

I have now written to the Victoria Police even though I know that this is a civil case. But, I want a record to continue with my action unless Summer Howarth apologises on Twitter and LinkedIn and confirm that I had not written an email/s to her which contains explicit sexual materials.
