                                                                  Click on the image to enlarge it.   The image above shows the as-built survey for Lot S07. The photo below depicts the driveway of Lot S07, which is clearer to understand than the previously posted example of Lot S09. The green line marks the gate's location, with the driveway in front of it. Survey point 29.65m is on the road before the driveway, and point 28.95m is on the platform. According to the as-built survey, the platform level is lower than the road level. However, observing the driveway from the road clearly shows the platform level is higher than the road level, as seen in the photo of Lot S07 (House No. 11) below. For a simple reference, similar to Lot S09, note the staircase on the left.           ...

This morning, 23.2.2023, I saw another extension of the driveway, by more than one foot, of another house. Please let me know if there are new laws that allow house owners to extend their driveways onto the road.

  On 9.12.2021, the purchaser of the house opposite to my son’s house, George, met up with Mrs. Lee (Monica), the developer. He requested Monica to give ideas to him on how to reconstruct the driveway so that his cars can be driven onto the car porch. Monica instructed him to ask his contractor who should know what to do.
