Latar Belakang: Siasatan ini berkaitan dengan kebimbangan mengenai kemungkinan pembinaan tembok penahan di Vistana Heights, di mana terdapat tebing yang melebihi 20 kaki tinggi di belakang hartanah kediaman, serta interaksi berkaitan dengan Dewan Bandaraya Kota Kinabalu (DBKK). Saya telah mengemukakan soalan mengenai keperluan dan perancangan tembok penahan, percanggahan dalam pelan pembangunan, dan kekurangan respons DBKK terhadap soalan-soalan tertentu.Butiran Surat-Menyurat dan Mesyuarat: Mesyuarat pada 5 Mei 2025:

  Most (not all) of the rich and powerful in Sabah seem to thrive on a baffling kind of stupidity. According to LJS, a shadowy figure dubbed “The Authority” holds enough sway to order the Lembaga Jurukur Sabah to suppress the results of the Vistana Heights spot level survey done in  June 2023. If this is true, this individual must be among Sabah’s most powerful, pulling strings that reach far beyond a single development.

  In a Daily Express article , Datuk Roger Chin said:   ‘To enjoy full public confidence there must be non-interference by notifications in enforcement agencies and those like the MACC cannot be answerable to whoever is the Prime Minister but to parliament.’ I understand and agree with that statement.
