Ronny Cham and Co., claiming to represent Topwira Corporation Sdn Bhd, as well as Puan Rosemary Ahping, General Manager of LPPB, and Puan Della E. Sinidol of LPPB. I sought confirmation from Puan Rosemary and Puan Della regarding whether they authorized Mr. Ronny Cham to act on their behalf, but received no response. LPPB has not clarified whether Mr. Ronny Cham represents the individuals or the organization, leaving his role unclear.

Regrettably, I have not received a response to that email, and the matter remains unresolved, prompting this urgent request for clarification and action.

Bhd, the management of Vistana Heights and any other concerned parties, as soon as possible.

    One of the officers I met at DBKK suggested that I bring up the matter with Lembaga Pembangunan Perumahan dan Bandar (LPPB) also known as Housing and Town Development Board/ Authority. LPPB is the land owner of the development at Vistana Heights and they are jointly developing the land with Topwira Corporation Sdn. Bhd.
