  You may find the email to the Chief Minister HERE .  The development plan approved by DBKK was based on falsified as-built survey plans by Jurukur Terra Firma, fabricated amendments by Arkitek LYS, and involved consultant engineers Zaidun Leeng (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. Justifications for the above claim: The as-built drawing for Lot S7 (House No. 11) indicates a road height of 29.65m, higher than the house platform at 28.95m. However, photographic evidence clearly shows the road is lower than the house platform. LINK .

  Arkitek LYS became a limited company, on August 1, 2023. Under Malaysian law, this transition transforms the business into a separate legal entity, distinct from its owners or directors, granting the Sdn. Bhd. its own legal identity. According to their website (https://arkiteklys.my/), this change marked a transformation in 2023 from a Sole Proprietorship to a Body Corporate Architectural Consultancy Practice. The website frames this shift as aligning with a “vision for long-term enduring excellence,” suggesting a deliberate business strategy rather than a reaction to external pressure. This claim may be taken with a pinch of salt due to the timing. 

                                                           A stitch in time saves nine On 22.12.2022 I decided to email PAM giving them details as promised in my email to them on 15.10.2022.   I spoke with Jonathan Lee of LYS Arkitek on 22.7.2022 and followed up with an email on 1.8.2022. I asked for explanation on 3 matters including the following (the third matter): 3. The driveway is too steep for a Proton Waja to drive up to the car porch. Who is responsible for this? Is there a maximum gradient for the driveway that an architect/ engineer should adhere to? I am informed that the approach road is not laid to the required level as per the original drawings. Please confirm if the road is built as per your drawings. I would appreciate a response from you as soon as possible so that I may take the appropriate action.   Yesterday, I heard an emotional talk by Jordan Peterson on secret to overcome chaos . Here are a few of the salient points that touched me. We have a divine responsibility. If we don’t act according to our conscience, if we don’t do the things we are supposed to do or if we fail to do the things we are supposed to do our conscience tortures us and tells you that you are not acting in accordance with the central spirit of your being. The truth is what makes the world go around. When you engage in truthful speech, when you say what you have to say, when you do what you say you would do, everything around you works out better. But, if you don’t do that you make things worse. My thoughts as I listened to the above:

The image below is the as-built-survey drawing of S9 (Lot 15). The green dot is where the driveway is. The figure 32.00 on the 15.24m road is the height of the road in metres which equals to 104.99 feet. The porch height is shown as 32.38m which is equal to 106.23 feet. This means the difference in height between the road and the porch is (106.23 - 104.99) 1.24 feet.  The actual difference on the ground is about 5 feet.  This is a section of the as-built survey submitted to DBKK to obtain the occupancy certificate. 

  My son, Faisal Luqman signed the Sales and Purchase Agreement with the developer, Topwira Corporation Sdn Bhd on 13.1.2014 to purchase a semi-detached house marked as S9 on the development plan attached to the Sales and purchase agreement. The name of the project is Taman Puncak Vistana Phase 1. The land owner is Lembaga Pembangunan Perumahan Dan Bandar (LPPB)
