  Here is a Daily Express news item dated 11.9.2025 and my thoughts.   This is a continuation of my post yesterday. I decided to write to ROS and get an official response. Below is my Email to ROS in October 2021 which I emailed to the secretary of SICC in October 2021  I am baffled as to why the chairman and secretary insist on the Annual Report being dated wrongly and having the AGM, year after year, after 6 months of the year end.                                          A file photo of SICC committee members from yesteryear.   They say history repeats and I have seen History repeating itself numerous times in my life. I believe, most of my readers know the ordeal I went through with the perpetrators of multiple secret bank accounts in my former club Lions Club of Kota Kinabalu Host. Something that could have been nipped in the bud went to the extent of the club being deregistered . You may read more in my blog. LINK
