According to their website (https://arkiteklys.my/), this change marked a transformation in 2023 from a Sole Proprietorship to a Body Corporate Architectural Consultancy Practice. The website frames this shift as aligning with a “vision for long-term enduring excellence,” suggesting a deliberate business strategy rather than a reaction to external pressure. This claim may be taken with a pinch of salt due to the timing.

  My son, Faisal Luqman signed the Sales and Purchase Agreement with the developer, Topwira Corporation Sdn Bhd on 13.1.2014 to purchase a semi-detached house marked as S9 on the development plan attached to the Sales and purchase agreement. The name of the project is Taman Puncak Vistana Phase 1. The land owner is Lembaga Pembangunan Perumahan Dan Bandar (LPPB)
