Systemic Barriers Faced by Ordinary Citizens As a Sabah B40 citizen receiving RM100 monthly SARA aid , I often ask myself: How exactly are ordinary Sabahans supposed to seek justice when the very institutions meant to protect us create one obstacle after another? Over the past few years, I have documented several patterns on this blog. They are not isolated incidents. They form a picture of systemic barriers that make access to justice feel almost impossible for people like me.

In the article, Governor Tun Musa Aman, expressed his vision for Sabah to be governed with integrity, accountability, and wisdom, underpinned by sustainable development plans that prioritise the well-being of its people.

Summary of stages I have travelled

   A summary of events to date. We can reach the top of a mountain via various routes. Some ways may be easier than others but will lead to the same destination. If there are 7 different ways to reach the top, we won’t use all 7 ways at once. We may try one way today and another, another day. Many of my friends think that I am too harsh or too direct with my approach to dealing with the Vistana Heights issues. For the information of new readers, I have taken more than 3 years to come to where I am currently at on the Vistana Heights issues.
