This was followed up with several emails to and from LJS/me, and is attached below.
How is it that the Board is still looking into this complaint after over two years?
What further verification do you need and from which authority?
I demand a reply within one month of the date of this email as this is the last of the information I require before proceeding with legal action.

This is a simple problem that could have been resolved
two years ago.Instead of settling this matter every civil servant involved is dragging its feet.
I don’t expect this sort of cock and bull story from the secretary of Sabah Surveyors Board.
Who is the 'authority' that the secretary is referring to?

My complaint about the survey firm Jurukur Terra Firma who fabricated the as-built survey for the Vistana Heights Phase 1 Project.
I refer to my letter handed to your office on 15.12.2022 and my telephone call to you on 14.2.2023.
In our telephone conversation, you said that you are waiting for the meeting to be held by the board which will be followed up with a visit to the Vistana Heights project site.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as the meeting is held.

Dear Miss. Fung Yun Ling,
On 28.6.23, after several requests, you came to Vistana Heights and inspected the road level and house platform. Licensed surveyors surveyed the road level and the house platform level in the presence of several board members of LJS.
I was promised to be given a survey report, and you have not produced one to date.
Today, I received an email from Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia asking for a survey report.
I have asked them to obtain a copy from your office as that would be the most practical thing to do.
Please extend me a copy of the survey you carried out on 28.6.23.
I refer to my original complaint to you dated 15.12.2022. You ought to be well aware by now that the survey plan submitted to DBKK was fabricated.
I request you to respond to this email within a week from today.
