Time to bring back the circus.

There is a change in the local government and I think it is best that I stop working on the Vistana Heights problems until later.

Here is a headline from the local newspaper yesterday.

Sabah Bersatu collapses, GRS members to form new party.

I have briefed the three other house owners who are active in this matter and they will follow up until I get back to my blog posting sometime in February or March 2023.

YB Ginger Phoong has promised to visit the site this week and that will be my last activity for the year on this matter.

One of the house owner's has met Mr. Saiman Angak who has promised to hold a meeting with the developer and the house owners. 

LPPB has advised me that they are studying how to settle this matter amicably.

So, let us give the politicians to settle down first. We will wait for DBKK and LPPB to study this matter and find an amicable solution.

GRS has performed miserable and it is time to kick them out. 

Ginger Phoong is just an opportunist who does not keep his promise.

Saiman angak never did have a meeting with me.

LPPB made empty promises.

DBKK is trying to hide a whole pumpkin in a plate of rice.

Are architects liable for fabricated documents submitted to authorities

In 2020, many of my well-meaning friends told me that I have no course of action against the professionals involved in obtaining the Occupancy Certificate for Vistana Heights project with fabricated as-built survey plan. I believe all those involved, including DBKK senior officers, LPPB (Lembaga Pembangunan Perumahan Dan Bandar) and its GM Rosemary Ahping, Arkitek LYS, Lembaga Juruukur Sabah etc. will be answerable for how the Occupancy Certificate was issued. Hopefully, my complaint to SPRM (MACC), LJS, DBKK, Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia will be looked into.
