Development Plan and As-Built Survey:
The height of the No. 9 House Platform at Vistana Heights as per the development plan is 101 feet.
The Height of the House Platform as per the As-built Survey is 32.38 metres, 106.2 feet.
That is a difference of 5.2 feet.
This means the developer saved money by not cutting the house level by 5.2 feet.
Was this the requirement of DBKK, the Approving Authority?
Was this change, from the original Development Plan, agreed to by the house buyers?
Since none of the authorities were willing to respond to my questions, I decided to ask MACC to investigate and inform us of their findings.
This will be my last action before bringing this matter to the court.
