Dear Puan Siti Fairuz,
Please pass this email to Puan Andrea as Puan Jennifer as I do not have their emails.
I am awaiting the minutes to post in my blog.
I tried to contact you or Puan Andrea, yesterday but I was told you were at a meeting.
There are a few more things that I raised at the meeting which I did not include in my recollection of matters discussed for the minutes I forwarded to you yesterday.
Kindly include them in the minutes you will prepare before this Friday.
1 I showed you a photo of what Sr. Lifred had written on the whiteboard which you confirmed is in your hand phone too. Attached below is the photo from the meeting on 11th June 2025.
S9 on the approved development plan shows a platform height of 106.26 feet.
The last figure on the whiteboard is (31.05m)101.87 feet (height of the road in front as noted on the diagram).
The difference in height between the road and platform is therefore 106.26 – 101.87 = 4.39 feet.
Yes, that is the difference but my question is where is that figure 31.05 in the as-built survey on the road in front of the driveway?
2 I showed you the development plan approved in 2011 by Datuk Abidin and the original plan in 1995. I said that the platform heights on both the development plans were exactly the same for all the houses.
The 2011 development plan was the one attached to Faisal’s S&P. By 2011, the platform heights were already determined and yet were recorded as what was intended in 1995. This is fraudulent.
3 The 1998 development plan was prepared in August 2018 and approved in October 2018. I asked which comes first the development or the development plan. As at August/October 2018 the development was complete. The heights of all the house platforms are all higher than those on the 2011 development plan.
Please share my recent posts which includes the Integrity Department and DBKK.
Please include in the minutes any other matter that I may have missed.
