Dear Datuk Lifred Wong,

 

I refer to item 3.3 in the minutes held on 11.6.2025 and item 5 in your letter dated 15.7.2025.

 

Jika Encik Luqman Michel masih mempunyai keraguan dan ingin mendapatkan pengesahan lanjut mengenai tahap jalan, beliau perlu melantik secara bebas seorang juruukur bertauliah untuk menjalankan penyukuran semula mengikut prosedur yang ditetapkan.

 

I have been unable to get a Licensed Surveyor as the 22 surveyors I wrote to were not interested in doing the survey.

 

In addition, I have responded to the items in your minutes that I disagree with. I have discussed this with the Integrity Department.

 

Please let me know if you need further clarification on the list of items, I discussed with the Integrity Department. I have attached the list for your convenience.

Are architects liable for fabricated documents submitted to authorities

In 2020, many of my well-meaning friends told me that I have no course of action against the professionals involved in obtaining the Occupancy Certificate for Vistana Heights project with fabricated as-built survey plan. I believe all those involved, including DBKK senior officers, LPPB (Lembaga Pembangunan Perumahan Dan Bandar) and its GM Rosemary Ahping, Arkitek LYS, Lembaga Juruukur Sabah etc. will be answerable for how the Occupancy Certificate was issued. Hopefully, my complaint to SPRM (MACC), LJS, DBKK, Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia will be looked into.
