Development Plans for Vistana Heights

The above is the original 1995 Development Plan extended to me by Puan Tantinny Fung of  DBKK.  

The above is a screen shot of part of the Development Plan. This shows the height of the house platform of house S9 at 101feet. The height of the road opposite S9 is 100 feet. This gives a height difference of 1 foot between the house platform and the height of the road. 

You can see the drainage reserve indicated. Below the drainage reserve are the two blue lines marking the boundary. This is where the retaining wall was to be built.  

Sometime after 1995 most of the drainage reserve collapsed due to soil slip. In other words the drainage reserve that existed in 1995 was non existent by 2007. This drainage reserve was  still shown in the 2018 development plan and the as-built survey plan. 

Another pertinent point to notice is the signature of LPPB as the land owner. Also note S1/S2 and S17/S18. The whole stretch of houses were supposed to be semi-detached houses.  

 

 The above is the 2007 Development Plan extended to me after a meeting with DBKK in 2025. Sr. Lifred Wong instructed the architect to extend me a copy. This is the copy I had asked from DBKK Puan Tantinny Fung and LPPB since 2022 but was denied its existence.

The main difference between this plan and the 1995 plan is the change in S1/S2 to D18 and S17/S18 to D17. Because of the soil erosion the buildings were changed from semi-detached to detached 3 story buildings.  The road too was changed. 

The pertinent point is that the height of the platform and height of the road remains the same as that of 1995 development plan. When Faisal, my son, signed the sales and purchase agreement in 2014 this was the plan attached. The platform was already fixed and the house was 75 % completed.  

Study these two plans and we'll look at the 2018 Development Plan tomorrow.
