This saying means that if you neglect small issues, they can escalate into bigger problems that can cause a lot of trouble for you later.

Here is the video from 8 years ago that I had searched for but could not find until today.

The video accurately depicts what is happening in the Vistana Heights case. I complained to the developer back in 2022 and was stonewalled by the director who said that she will not attend to any complaints until the cases on LAD was dealt with. Was this some smart arse’s advice so that when the time came, she could say it was time barred. As nature would have it the limitation time was extended because of COVID. Mother Nature has its way of dealing with arrogant developers and their stupid lawyers.

My complaint to LPPB was not responded at all.

Similarly, DBKK did not bother with all my emails sent to them since 2022.

LJS has yet to tell me who THE authority is that they are waiting for.

Now, my son has decided to sue all concerned.

A small matter like a sesame seed has grown into a melon because of inaction by all parties concerned. We could have easily had meetings requested by house owners with the developer and LPPB.

Now, the matter has gone out of hand.
