Believe it or not!

Shockingly, in Sabah, engineers supervised a retaining wall that doesn't even exist!

Wiping out corruption?

In KK, I have been fighting this for > 3 years.

An engineer filled out the form to apply for occupancy certificate and says he supervised a non- constructed retaining wall and it was accepted by @DBKKtweet.

Yes! This I know first- hand. Just dealing with one small case during the last 3 years has been difficult for me. What more for @anwaribrahim?

Do you think they really care to listen?

Look at my post this morning which is about a civil engineer certifying that he supervised a non-existent retaining wall which was then approved by the authorities.

Yes, A owner’s home is his property, not the government’s.

But the government can collude with the developer and say a non-existent retaining wall was built.

What can the owner do other than sue?

How about funding legal action against corrupt officials in Sabah who claim they supervised non-existent retaining walls.

You think MACC will investigate?

I reported to them that the Survey Board told me that they can't give me the sport level survey taken by them due to waiting for verification from the authorities. @SPRMMalaysia has yet to find out who the authority is.

From which planet are you from? In Malaysia, department heads in the government sector don't answer emails. Email addresses are only meant to decorate their cards and PC screens. I am not even sure whether some of them remember their IDs & passwords.
