Subject: Follow-Up on Police Report R141774 and Request for Assistance Regarding KKTP Meeting

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the PDRM Kota Kinabalu team for your prompt response to my complaint lodged yesterday. I appreciate your efficiency in addressing this matter.

 

For your reference, yesterday (September 24, 2025), I filed a police report at the Karamunsing and Kepayan stations, under report number R141774. This morning, I received a message classifying the report as "Rujuk lain agensi" and directing me to refer the issue to KPKT.

 

To provide some background, I first contacted KKTP (not KPKT) on January 3, 2023, followed by several subsequent emails outlining my concerns. I was pleased to receive a positive response on July 28, 2025, proposing a meeting on August 5, 2025, at 2:30 PM. For your convenience, I have attached the relevant email thread below.

 

Unfortunately, the meeting was postponed for reasons that were not specified, with notification sent to me at 10:43 AM on the scheduled date itself. To date, the rescheduled meeting has not taken place. Additionally, I have not received any response to my follow-up email dated August 7, 2025, which I have also included in the attached thread.

 

Any guidance on next steps would be greatly appreciated.

Follow-Up on Police Report R141771 and Request for Assistance

 

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a matter that requires resolution under your department's jurisdiction.  Yesterday, I lodged a police report at the Karamunsing Police Station in Sabah, under reference number R141771. This morning, I received an email from the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) directing me to contact your office, as this issue falls within your purview.  For your reference, I have forwarded a copy of the email I sent to PDRM Kota Kinabalu this morning, which provides further details on the incident.  I kindly request your prompt attention and response to this matter at your earliest convenience.
