The MACC has arrested 3 individuals, including a senior officer from DBKL over alleged corruption linked to an IT-related procurement project 11 years ago.

The officer is among DBKL’s “Top 5” management, while a company owner and a woman, were also arrested earlier, BH reports.

They should nab the DBKK officers and the engineer who certified that he supervised a non-existent retaining wall. LINK

"structure" only refers to the building structure which the engineer duly inspected and declared. I don't see any specific reference to the retaining wall which is a separate item in a separate drawing maybe drawn by a different structural engineer.

Thank you for your comment @Shin98989589

There are two parts i. retaining wall ii. structure.

The structure of a building inherently involves the platform it sits on, as the platform (the foundation or substructure) is responsible for anchoring the entire building and transferring its loads to the ground.

The DP attached to the S&P states the platform height as 101 feet. The actual height after construction is 106.26 feet. What did the engineer inspect?

Shin @Shin98989589 replied:

I agree with you and I do hope that the existing building codes and guidelines can be reviewed by all who can give their feedback for further improvement. Some countries only give temporary cf which requires re-inspection after 10 years.

Temporary occupancy certificate is something I learned from these tweets.

I will write a post so that there will be no misunderstanding.
