  A few days ago there was an article in the Daily Express about a land-slip along Jalan Kiulu – Ranau road. Does any engineer know the reason for the slip? Do they even care to know the reason? This is the plight of our civil servants under our current local and Federal government. The cause of the land slip is the same as that of the sink holes around Kota Kinabalu in recent years. Someone should ask our Previous JKR engineer Edward Lingkapo for guidance. I wrote several emails to him at that time to no avail.

  After a heavy rain yesterday, the flood along Jalan Bundusan was the worst I have experienced since I moved into Golf Garden in 1984. I have stated several times that past floods at Golf View and along Jalan Bundusan was a result of the collapse of the drain at Golf Garden.

  I had decided to let things be and went about doing my work as usual. When I saw a comment on my LinkedIn post by Summer Howarth, on 31.8.2020, telling a lie that I had emailed her, I was flabbergasted but decided to let it go. Summer said that she has contacted the ViCPolice. I decided to let it go and wait for the police to contact me, but then Dr. David Zyngier asked me what I had emailed Summer. I responded that I did not email her at all and asked him to find out from Summer directly. He then decided to contact Summer and ask her to forward the emails to him for him to take it up with me. She had told him that the matter is with the police and that they will deal with it. Dr. David had suggested to her that she should post it on social media to publicly shame me. Summer had responded that it is hard core pornography and the police will deal with it. Dr. David asked me if any of what Summer had told him is true. I responded that I had not said any such thing...

  The next book will, in fact, be my fifth book. My fourth book was printed only for free distribution. Please excuse me for temporarily parking this post here. I am considering writing another book and would like to include these tweets. After a short period of time it is not possible to collect material from Twitter.

My blog posts on www.dyslexiafriend.com is mainly on why kids are unable to read in English. I believe, there are enough educators who are now convinced that many kids shut down/disengage from learning to read because of confusion as a result of teaching of pronunciation of phonemes wrongly. As such, I have decided to write one or two posts per week unlike previously where I wrote one post per day. Now, I have time to look at some of my tweets that have been rebutted by tweeters.
