  On 7.4.2023 I read a post by an architect on FB based on what I wrote about the architect of Vistana Heights. Here are some of his points and my rebuttal. 4. Driveway too steep? That is the scope of the Civil and Structural Engineers (C&S) to conform accessibility from the road levels into the driveway including the general platform levels. Again, Architect is at fault?

Luqman Michel Meanwhile, I decided to contact Datuk Yeo Boon Hai, the former mayor. I had met him in his office on some other matters sometime in 2018. He signed the Amended Development Plan on 3.10.2018 as mayor of Kota Kinabalu while Mr. Stanley Chong signed the Amended Development Plan as director of DBKK. 

  KKTP - Stanley Chong - alleged fraudulent development plan approved Read the stages I have gone through before writing to Kementerian Kerajaan Tempatan dan Perumahan (KKTP) - Ministry of Local Housing and Government. I give everyone enough time to respond before escalating the matter to higher authorities. It has taken me 3 years, since I first complained to Ms. Jessie Lee of Topwira Corporation Sdn. Bhd, to get to KKTP.   Here is my email to Mr. Stanley Chong, the deputy permanent secretary of KKTP copied to his PA.  

  There have been several articles in our Daily Express about water woes in Sabah. On 10.3.2023 when I mentioned the water leakage at S9 (Lot 15) at Vistana Heights many of the professionals including one of 2 residents of Vistana Heights, who were present at the meeting badgered me into answering their question on how much is the water bill for Lot 15. As mentioned by me several times the most stressful thing is to deal with idiots who cannot think.

  The meeting on 10.3.2023 on the Vistana Heights issues highlighted a few important matters: i.                      the Local government and housing authority (KKTP) confirmed that the infrastructure has not been taken over by DBKK. ii.                    KKTP confirmed that the defect liability period is not over due to the Covid 19 extension. iii.                  the road was ordered by KKTP to be raised so that the driveways are not steep. iv.                  the bank guarantee deposited by the developer has not been released.

向下滚动查看中文版本。 This morning, I saw a video clip by YB Phong Jin Zhe. There were 742 ‘likes’ which could simply mean they have all seen it. But there were 69 minus 1 positive comments and 120 shares. I was the only non- Chinese who had commented and my comment was liked by one FB member. I will tag some of them in my post here and see if they have anything to say or shut up as usual.
